Rebuild Retaining Walls

I am seeking bids from professional masons and/or handymen to repair and/or rebuild three retaining walls in my backyard. The bid with the best combination of price and my confidence that the job will be well done will be awarded the work.

As you can see in the pictures below, I have two tiered cinderblock walls with a flower bed between them. And I have a third, smaller wall that consists of stacked cinderblocks that were never finished.

Here is the scope of the project

  • 40' long, 3' tall lower retaining wall
    • fix the right half, which was never anchored into the dirt behind it and is now leaning forward
    • Finish off the 10' wide x 3' tall x 3' deep extension on the left end, which you can see I started with the stacked blocks
    • Recap the entire 40' length
  • 30' long, 3' tall upper retaining wall
    • Resurface (done terribly the first time)
    • Recap the entire 30' length, plus the 3' connecting the lower and upper walls
  • 15' long x 3' deep x 3' tall retaining wall
    • Cement blocks together
    • Finish the surface
    • Cap the top

For the job, assume that all needed cinderblocks will be provide. You will provide all cement, capping stones/block, tools and labor.
